Murdoch is knowledgeable, professional and honest. His experience as a realtor put me at ease during a stressful time, and I appreciate that he was always available during the process. I had a few legal concerns since I was a trustee selling an estate property, but Murdoch took care of everything, explained things plainly, kept me updated (actually calling me in person) and he even took the time to meet me at the title company at closing to make sure everything was being taken care of!
